Stairs from the lounge connect to a 3rd double bedroom (can be twin) with ensuite, for the best views from the house!

The kitchen leads out to a wooden pergola with large table for eating "al fresco", with BBQ

Large swimming pool 10m x 5.5m. The depth is 1.45m throughout in accordance with the law

Large fenced pool area with 6 comfortable sunbeds, 2 moveable large umbrellas, sunwarmed shower,  table & chairs

Safe grass playing fields with mini football posts and toys - slide, swings, mini house  etc.

A short walk from the house there are chickens (no cockrels!!!) where guests are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs. There are also sheep and pigs to see (depending on the time of year).
